Our story

Built in Australia, for asset-intensive industries

🇦🇺ABN 81 677 255 300 · Melbourne

Valueztech Pty Ltd (ABN 81 677 255 300) was founded in Melbourne in 2024 to address a gap we'd seen across two decades of frontline EAM work: Australian asset operators were sitting on decades of high-value maintenance, work-order and reliability data — but had no easy way to turn it into AI-driven decisions. We started Valueztech to build that bridge.

Today we operate as a dual-track business: an IBM Maximo services practice that funds our research and development, and a product team building proprietary AI solutions for the global Enterprise Asset Management market. Our work is proudly Australian-owned, Australian-built, and aligned to national priorities for sovereign technology capability, enabling industries and the energy transition.

We're Small, Nimble and Ambitious — exactly the kind of startup Australia's industrial sectors need more of.

R&D Portfolio

What we're building

6AI & automation products in active development

🤖Open source · In development

Valueztech Maximo MCP Server

An open-source Model Context Protocol server that lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT securely query and act on live IBM Maximo data — work orders, assets, locations, inventory and job plans — through natural language. Built on FastAPI, designed for enterprise security, and ready for agentic workflows.

📊Proprietary platform · In development

Maximo AI Analytics Platform

A purpose-built analytics and intelligence layer for Maximo that turns work-order history, failure codes and asset hierarchies into predictive insights. Designed for reliability engineers and maintenance planners — not data scientists.

🤝Partner · Reseller

MaxTAF — AI & Automation Partner

MaxTAF is our AI and automation partner. We resell two of their products to asset operators running IBM Maximo programmes across Australia.

  • MaxTAF Test Automation

Automation testing in natural language — write IBM Maximo test cases in plain English and convert them into automated regression suites, compressing upgrade and testing cycles from weeks to hours.

  • Interpretos

An AI assistant connected to your Maximo system — helping maintenance and reliability teams query asset data, work history and operational context through conversational interfaces.

⚡Open · Enterprise use

Skills by Valueztech

Enterprise-ready Claude Skills built by Valueztech for IBM Maximo and asset management teams — install from GitHub or the Anthropic Skills Marketplace. We highlight our top two skills here as the catalogue grows.

  • Job Plan Converter

    GitHub

    /valueztech-JPconvert

Claude Skill for IBM Maximo job plan authoring. Trigger with /valueztech-JPconvert — outputs JSON or CSV grouped by ID, with 200-character task limits, imperative voice, and procurement/admin prefixes. Free for enterprise use via GitHub or the Anthropic Skills Marketplace.

💬Proprietary product · In development

Enterprise AI Assistant for EAM

A conversational AI layer for maintenance teams — surfacing the right asset history, manuals and standard operating procedures at the moment a technician needs them, on mobile or desktop.

🚀Open source · Live on GitHub

mas-sno-aws-installer

An open-source installer that dramatically simplifies deploying IBM Maximo Application Suite on Single Node OpenShift on AWS — lowering the barrier to entry for smaller asset operators to access enterprise-grade EAM.

Our approach to innovation

Structured R&D, grounded in operations

We invest a significant portion of services revenue back into product R&D, run regular technical experiments on emerging AI capabilities — large language models, agentic frameworks, the Model Context Protocol, computer vision for asset inspection — and contribute to the open-source community.

Every product we build starts with a real operational pain point. Our innovation activity is guided by direct conversations with asset operators across Australia and New Zealand. We are technology-led, but customer-driven.

  • 01

    Agentic AI for maintenance

AI assistants that can read, plan and act on Maximo data on behalf of planners and technicians.

  • 02

    Predictive reliability

Turning failure-code, condition and sensor data into actionable forecasts at the asset level.

  • 03

    Computer vision for inspection

Applying vision models to field inspection workflows.

  • 04

    Knowledge retrieval at the asset

LLM-powered access to manuals, drawings, history and SOPs on mobile.

  • 05

    EAM developer tooling

Open-source installers, MCP servers and integration accelerators that lift the whole ecosystem.

Biplab Das Choudhury, Founder & Director, Valueztech

Biplab Das Choudhury

Founder & Director, Valueztech

Biplab founded Valueztech in 2024 after 14+ years leading IBM Maximo programmes for some of Australia's largest utilities, energy and infrastructure operators — including Yarra Valley Water, APA Group and Lochard Energy. He is currently completing his MBA at Melbourne Business School, where his coursework spans AI transformation, MLOps and applied analytics.

He founded Valueztech to do something the global Maximo ecosystem hadn't: build an Australian-headquartered, AI-first EAM company that pairs deep platform expertise with original product R&D. Under his leadership, Valueztech has become an IBM Silver Business Partner, published an active portfolio of AI tools for asset management, and is building sovereign Australian capability in enterprise asset intelligence. Recognised as an IBM Champion (2022–2026) and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
